Hi everybody Welcome to my channel it's your girl Angelique thank you so much for Everybody who is new and thank you guys So much for Everyone of you who is returning for yet Another time So on this channel i mainly do natural Hair videos Um sometimes i do lifestyle here and There and also Faith here and there it's just a mixture But mainly natural hair but anyways Today i'll be showing you guys How i take care of my six-month-old Daughter's hair so she's just turned six Months And i am well i decided to start doing Her hair So i'll show you guys exactly what i am Going to be doing or what i did so Right here i have um 100 Aloe vera juice if you guys are Interested to know how i made it Please let me know and i'll be sure to Show you guys But um so i decided to Just apply aloe vera to her hair and Basically working in sections and Um yeah just spray aloe vera to her hair And then just massaging the aloe vera Into the hair And the scalp and then i'm going to be Putting the
Section of hair in twist so i did this For about four or five Sections then i noticed that she was Getting a bit too tired so I decided to switch things up a bit and You guys will see exactly what i am Doing But right now you can see that aloe vera Is just doing amazing stuff to her hair Bringing out that curl pattern So um the keratin in the Um keratin is a primary protein Of hair and aloe vera has a chemical Makeup similar to that of keratin And it rejuvenates the hair with its own Nutrients Giving it more elasticity and preventing Breakage Aloe vera contains something called Proteolytic Enzymes which repairs dead skin cells on The scalp It also acts as a great conditioner and Leaves your hair smooth and shiny it Promotes hair growth prevents itching on The scalp and reduces Dandruff and conditions hair so I've noticed a lot of people um say that Um their scalp or their hair Reacts badly to aloe vera so what i Recommend Is um if you're doing this on a child Like i did Just test out the aloe vera on the small
Piece Or small section of the skin just to see Whether Um they are allergic to aloe vera or Whether they Are very sensitive to it so i did this a Couple of days earlier And my daughter did not react so i was Like yeah That was a green light for me to be able To use aloe vera on her And here we are sorry guys my voice is Just um sounds a bit funny right now but Let me clear it Okay So um yeah as you can see i Am going section by section and also the Brush i Am using is the um Let me see i forgot the name Yep the brush that i am using is a Tangle teaser pro or tangle pro by lady Jane And right now guys i am just um actually The oil that you guys see Me using in this video i made a separate Video a couple of weeks ago but i'm Going to link it right here for you guys So that you guys can refer to it This oil is amazing I have been using it on my hair Consistently religiously And it is doing amazing stuff to my hair It is packed with
Amazing benefits and if you guys have Not seen the video yet i recommend that You go and watch it Yep guys i know like she's a baby so i Had to take it real Easy and at this point i could see that She was getting tired because She has never been through this she's Only six months as well So um That's when i realized i was like okay This is too much for her So i decided to Just you know take it easy on her Because she shouldn't be doing she Shouldn't be going through this But anyways um so for the remaining Section I decided to basically just rather than Putting in sections I just applied the aloe vera straight to The whole section of hair Gave her a good massage and this Literally Lasted for about two minutes so if i had Done this To begin with it would have saved me the Stress would have saved my daughter the Stress And guys i recommend this if the hair is Shorter but if the hair is longer and Also if your daughter or your child Is much older i reckon that it's best to Work in
Sections but for now this works Okay so um sorry guys My voice is just acting up today So i'm just massaging the product to her Hair and then i'm also going to apply The oil the same way that i did to the Previous First sections that i did and Then what i am then going to do Is we're going to do a little deep Condition but not to the extent that i Go to with my own my own hair because I'm much Older and i can take you know i can Tolerate a lot more But she's only six months i know i've Said it a million times but Um so i needed to take it really easy on Her So what i'm going to do for A deep condition is i'm going to take a Plastic Bag and for this i basically do the same Thing that i do to my hair Well not to the same extent though to The full extent where i leave it for Like hours But for her i took a sandwich bag Sandwich plastic bag which would um a Small one which would fit Her head or the size of her head and Won't slip So i put it on and then i Put a turban cap and microfiber turbine
Cap Over it just to be able to trap the heat I didn't apply any extra heat I just wanted her scalp to generate the Heat For her hair to literally kind of Marinate for about 10 minutes I did this precisely for 10 minutes i Left this in for 10 minutes And then i was going to wash it out And she was just you know having a ball She thought i was playing with her she Wanted to touch everything As you guys can see she looks so Adorable but anyways um So i'm going to leave this in for 10 Minutes and then I will be back I got tongue tied there i'll be back to Wash it out okay [Music] So 10 minutes of play time was up and it Was time To wash out the aloe vera and the oils And to do that i am going to use this qv Baby gentle wash it's for Hair and body and it's so Gentle it's fragrance free um it works Well for me Um i'm not sure what you guys Usually use but this works well for me And i would recommend it because it's Great okay so i'm just Washing her over in my kitchen sink it's
Big enough She can literally sit in it but i don't Want her to because i want to give her A proper bath right after this so I'm just rinsing her hair out with um Warm water and washing the product Out so i literally just use like two Pumps of the Body and hair wash from the qv or the qv Body and hair wash i usually just I mean i literally just used two pumps To wash this hair out so i didn't use Much And then after which i am going to give Her a bath And then i'll be back to show you guys The next step So guys after washing you can tell that Those curls are popping You can see the curl definition and this Is Afterwards i've just literally pat dried Her hair After her bath as well and dressed her Up and ready to do her hair She's very calm she's very patient and If you have A child who you'll be doing here or the Hair I recommend start start starting them Off small so that they get used to Getting the hair done so if you guys Want to know exactly what i used in her Hair in terms of
