Hey what's up you guys this is Cali pros Welcome back to my channel in this video I'm showing you how I use aloe vera to Grow longer stronger nails and as well As help with dry cracked hands during The winter time I'm doing the aloe vera Challenge where I'm using aloe vera for An entire year So I highly encourage you guys to join Me and if you're not subscribed please Press that subscribe button so you don't Miss out on future videos first things First I just cut the stem off you don't Need it throw it away and people have Been messaging me on Instagram telling Me that there's red stuff coming out of Their plant it's not happening for me But if it is happening for you I've seen In other videos people are just draining It in a bowl for 5 to 10 minutes so go Ahead and do that and continue to cut The aloe vera now with this plant I Don't want to waste a lot of gel so I Cut the into thin pieces like this and Then I'll just make about five of them Throughout you know for out the week and Just use one a day and here goes my Hands now you guys have been a long time Since I've seen my nails this long in my Hands you know during the winter time This smooth you know it usually during Once your time my hands get cracked Where they start to bleed and the Lotions don't work for me there too oil
And I'm constantly washing my hands Because of the boys so I haven't seen my Head nails like this in a long time in My hands like this in a long time so I Know the Ala bear is working I try when I'm putting it on I try to leave it on For at least 30 minutes before I wash my Hands and basically I'll just take a Little piece of the plant like this and Just start breaking into it with my Nails trying to rub the gel on my nails Underneath my nails and my cuticles and My knuckles you know and between the Cracks of my hands just everywhere all Throughout my hands now be very careful Always do a test patch because I know There are quite a few people that are Allergic to aloe vera so make sure you Do a test patch before using this plant I don't want you guys and you know go Get you know put it all over your face But it's all of your hands and you guys Have a reaction so please always test Patch anything new before trying it out I do that with my face mask as well just Everything you guys So like I said I'm just rubbing them in My hands like this all smooth the gel Does have a slippery gooey consistency And here they are they're looking bomb They're looking longer and strong and That's it you guys it's super easy I Mean honestly it takes nothing in my Nails and hands have not looked like
