Hey what's up you guys this is Callie Curls welcome back to my channel this Video I'm showing you the easiest way to Make a laverra water and you only need Two things which is the aloe vera and The water so if you're not subscribed go Ahead and press that subscribe button We'll jump right into it you can see That I am cutting up the plant I Previously use this to cut up pieces for My face but I'm just using the rest of The leaf to use for my aloe vera water My aloe vera water I use on my hair on a Daily basis I try to do it morning and Night and my hair has been feeling so Moisturized I had the driest and dry hairs I live in California so it's always hot and sunny Over here but this has been helping out So much and I'm honestly gonna be using This for the rest of my life now I'm Just extracting the gel out of the plant With a spoon I try to get as much out as Possible Allen but you can see this is How it looks with the gel piece in here This is what I'm going to be blending up Now you always want to strain it before Applying it to your hair your skin Because you don't want to get all that Gunk in there he's gonna look like it's Been snowing in your hair so after I get Struck the gel I'm going to take one cup Of water because one cup does me great Throughout the week and I'm just going
To blend it up now I'm going to start Drinking aloe vera water because I've Been having breakouts and I think it's Because I'm just starting on a new birth Control and I think it's causing me to Break out a lot so I'm gonna start using It to drink it I'm gonna still continue To use it in my hair so I'm going to Need two leaves per week that I'm gonna Do once a week now after I'm done Blending it I'll let it sit so the phone Can get to the top and I'm going to Strain it so I don't know I could go Ahead and filter out all those Pieces that we don't need in the water Now this can last in your fridge up to a Week seven to ten days if you see it Turning red a little bit that's normal That's a sign that it's oxidizing just Like when you bite into an apple and it Turns little brown after a couple hours That's normal you can still use it a Little bit better use it sooner than Later though and when you keep it in the Fridge you don't experience that foul Smell I had it over the countertop and it got Bad really quick so this is all I need This is like a cups worth this will last Me throughout the entire week for for my Pair and then for the other one when I Drink it I'm just going to like blend it Up and then put it into a fermented jar And then just pour it into a cup while I
Drink it but like I said it can stay in Your fridge for a week you can add like In the other video I'll go ahead and Attach you can add peppermint you could Add your favorite oils especially if You're going to apply it to your hair You can add all those extra essentials And then this is how it looks when it's Naturally turning that red color again That's completely normal you guys can Still continue to use So I'll just apply it to my hair you Guys know that I've been experiencing It's been helping out a lot and although It has not stopped my hair from falling Out so I would keep you guys updated With this one if you liked this video go Ahead and give me a thumbs up don't Forget to subscribe and I'll see you Guys in another one [Music]
