Hi everyone welcome to discovery natural Channel today i'm going to show you how I make my ambuno deep conditioner With ambono so first we have to prepare The ambuno Leaves and what we do is we're going to Just add 3 tablespoons Of ambeno leaves into a cup Of hot water so when you add it in there Make sure you mix the leaves In really well so that they can be Saturated with the water And after you do that you're going to Let this water sit For at least 20 minutes i feel like 20 Minutes is the best time To help it release its mucusy thing so Now let us get back to the aloe vera so This is aloe vera And i'm just cutting off the base we Need to get about four ounces of aloe Vera so this is the amount that creates That four ounces for me So i'm just going i'm removing the Prickly part of the aloe vera You all know how to peel an alveolar Right yeah So we use a spoon so just use a spoon to Squeeze out all the inner feeling All the loveliness in there and after You remove that From all the leaves this is what you're Left with the next thing i'm going to do Is i'm going to blend
My aloe vera so i'm going to blend it in Liquid form so just to get it All really mixed in there so that There's no clumps and Chunks in there blend it thoroughly Okay so after you've blended it the next Thing Is i'm going to measure just four ounces And see Right on the dot it is four ounces of Aloe vera And i'm going to strain it out this is Very important guys If you don't strain it out you're gonna Have white particles all over your hair Don't say i didn't want you so you're Gonna strain it out I'm using an old stocking well it's a New stocking So i'm using the stocking and all you Just do is just squeeze it When you're squeezing it it's going to Feel really slimy and foamy You want to squeeze the best as you can Get All that foam out don't worry the foam Is kind of like the slippery part And this makes four ounces of aloe vera Let us get back to the ambuno so my bono Is prepped now And the same thing that you do with the Aloe vera you do with the ambuno by Straining it out And then by squeezing it now with the
Ambuno you want to squeeze to the very End it's very slippery And the black part is actually the Slippery part So this is my bunno i only saved two Ounces of it And i will preserve the rest in my Fridge so i can keep this In my fridge and i'm gonna add the two Ounces of ambuno Into my four ounces of aloe vera add That In real well make sure you squeeze Everything And come on squeeze everything in and Then i will now add One tablespoon of honey into that Mixture My hair loves honey if your hair doesn't Love honey you can skip this part I'm also adding a teaspoon of castor oil I'm using black jamaican castor oil Please note that everything i'm showing Here can be found in the description Area Okay so what are the benefits of all These things that are mixing together And bono is an antioxidant and also anti Inflammatory it's an emollient and it Softens Hair provides shine and lessens hair Loss Whereas aloe vera helps to promote hair Growth and condition the hair
